Traditional timber sash windows are, unfortunately, known for their high maintenance profiles and the amount of upkeep they require. However, Newglaze’s modern taken means that you can spend more time simply enjoying your new windows. Our uPVC sliding sash windows will not rot, warp or twist over time and will stay looking their best for many years to come. The only looking after they need is to be wiped over with a damp cloth occasionally.
Old sash windows can be difficult to maintain. That’s because the timber wears away quickly, either through age or by wearing down in wind and water. Newglaze’s modern windows do away with these problems though. Our designs use uPVC, which is fully weatherproof and doesn’t warp, twist or crack in poor conditions. Because of this, there’s no repainting, no revarnshing, and far fewer repairs are needed.
