Whether you’ve visited our website or been to see our stunning showrooms, if you like what you’ve seen, please get in touch. We will discuss design, size and accessories, so the process is transparent and ‘you-centred’ from the start.
After you have spoken to our team, they will organise a site visit. One of our experts will visit your home to check that we can create the design you’ve chosen or tweak it if not. When you are both agreed, they will write up a contract with you.
The final design is sent to our Technical Surveyor, who will make an appointment with you for within 13 working days. They will check inside and outside your home, to make sure your design is viable and adjust it with you if not.
Once the contract is signed, it is passed to our processing department. While you start planning your new, matching interior décor, they will double-check the proposed design again and arrange an installation date with you.
