Protecting Our Customers

Further to the announcement by the Prime Minister and the latest government guidelines, we are keen to clarify our position on what this means for our day to day operations and your home improvement plans.

We have taken expert guidance and understand that we are clearly able to continue to visit our customers’ homes safely to carry out any of the work and consultations that are vital to our business.

We are therefore allowed to safely visit customers’ homes for the following reasons:

• Sales Visits
• Surveys
• Installations
• Service Visits

We will abide by all social distancing guidelines, and our staff are well-informed and equipped with the relevant PPE required to conduct their work safely in your home.

As we are part of the construction sector, our showrooms are allowed to remain open, so we can continue to welcome customers. In the interest of safety, we are limiting showroom visits to an appointment only basis at our showrooms. We are asking all visitors to sanitise their hands upon entry and wear masks during their visit.

Advice from the government website is clear on how we can continue to work safely:

Stay at home

This means you must not leave or be outside of your home except for specific purposes. These include:

• for work purposes, where your place of work remains open and where you cannot work from home (including if your job involves working in other people’s homes).
